What
The aim of the workshop is to create an object that interacts with colour and light. For these experiments the participants should choose one aspects of colour perception that they want to investigate.These can be: Translucency - Gradient - Density - Proportion - Contrast - Blending ...
How
By combinging the light source with the object there should be and interaction between physical material and the non physical light source. They should influence each other to create an unity. Note: It does not necessary need to be a lamp/lighting. E.g. it could also be investigated from the perspective of photography and exposure, or it could be an installation, or the light source could be the sun.
Why
Light and colour can create impactful objects. This might be relevant field to explore for designers from various disciplines.
